Ahmed Cherry Jelly Crystals are a halal, vegetarian, gelatin-free crystal jelly made from cherry flavor. They are a fast and easy-to-set jelly that only needs water to create a tasty treat. To make the jelly, you can:
- Pour two cups (400 ml) of water into a saucepan
- Bring the water to a boil
- Add the contents of the packet
The jelly can be poured into a mold and set at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Gelling Agent-Carrageenan (E-407), Adipic Acid (E-355), Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate (E-331), Artificial Flavour Cherry, and Permitted Food Color. Allura Red (E-129) F.D. & C. Red No. 40.
