Ahmed Mixed Fruit Jelly Crystals, 80g
Ahmed Mixed Fruit Jelly Crystals are a halal, vegetarian-friendly dessert that only requires water to set. The ingredients include: sugar, carrageenan (E-407), adipic acid (E-355), sodium citrate (E-331), artificial mixed fruit flavor, and sunset yellow (E-110).
To use the crystals, you can:
- Pour 400 ml of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil
- Add the contents of the packet
- Stir until dissolved
- Pour into a mold
- Let it cool to room temperature to set (30–45 minutes)
- Loosen the edges with a knife and carefully invert the mold over a serving dish
- Shake gently and remove the jelly
