Murukku is a savoury, crunchy snack originating from the Indian subcontinent. The name murukku derives from the Tamil word for “twisted.”. Its commonly known as chakli in other parts of India. This murukku is made using raw rice flour and urad dal flour mixed in coconut milk and fried in groundnut oil. Murukku is typically made from rice and urad dal flour. The flours are mixed with water, salt, chilli powder, asafoetida, and either sesame seeds or cumin seeds.

Ingredients:
White Rice Flour, Urid Flour. Salt. Sesame seeds, fennel seed, and chili powder. Black Pepper. Water. Rapeseed Oil.
