MDK Red Rice String Hopper Flour, 700g

Red rice string hopper flour is an Indian flatbread popular in the Malabar coastal region of Kerala, while idiyappam, or string hopper, is a popular breakfast recipe. Puttu is a South Indian-style steamed powder like lite and healthy breakfast. Roasted red rice flour, roasted plain flour, salt (as you need), and boiled water are the ingredients used in it. If the string hoppers are well cooked, you can just remove them from the steamer trays very easily. Red String Hopper Flour is also used to make Thosai, Murukku, Rotti, etc.
