Zulekha Lamb Quarter Pounder Chunky Burgers contain 80% lamb, water, lamb fat, wheat rusk, seasoning, and soy protein concentrate. The burgers also contain the following ingredients: wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine, salt, ground cumin, coriander, black pepper extract, and cayenne extract. The burgers should be kept frozen at -18°C or cooler. They should not be refrozen if they have thawed. To cook frozen lamb burgers, you can:
  1. Cook from frozen on medium heat for 13–15 minutes.
  2. Turn every 3–4 minutes.
  3. Microwave each patty, frozen, for about 1 minute and 25 seconds per side.
  4. Rest for 1–2 minutes.
